Please Note: First time users will be prompted to enter their full email address i.e.: username@ccsd.k12.ny.us
To get started:
1. Click the link to get to the log in screen for the Help Desk.
2. This will bring you to a screen that requests you to enter your CCSD email address Enter your email address and click on “Submit or hit “Enter” Many users in the District already have their information loaded in.
3. If you do not get to the Welcome Screen, you will have to enter yourself into the system for the first time. You may get a screen asking for the District Account Number. The number to enter is 659641929
1. Click on “Submit” 3. Enter the required information: First name, Last name, CCSD email address (your telephone information is not required)
This will then take you to the Request Screen. On the request screen, fill in the information:
Step 1: Verify that this is your name and email information
Step 2: Select the Building location and the area in the building
Step 3: Select the type of problem you are reporting using the drop down menu to make the selection.
Step 4: Describe in as much detail as you can, the nature of the problem
Step 5: Enter your request password. The District password is: carmel
Step 6: Click on “Submit” and your request has been submitted!
You are able to review and edit your requests and see what the current status of your submitted requests are |
