REGISTRATION INFORMATION REGISTRATION FORM COURSE INDEX 2008 FALL BROCHURE How to register by mail: 1. Check out courses in the 2008 Fall Brochure. 2. Print and fill out a registration form 3. Mail the registration form and a check made out to Carmel Continuing Education. 4. Mail to: Carmel Continuing Education Carmel High School 30 Fair Street Carmel, NY 10512 You will only be notified if the class is CANCELLED. If you do not hear back from us, show up to class the first session as noted in the brochure.	There are still openings in the following classes: 12/1 & 12/2 – Defensive Driving Will not be offered again until March 2009 No classes will be held Nov 26,27 Happy Thanksgiving	Are you interested in a class that is not listed?
